If for any level, an episode shooting is decided in any city of 3iii country, Participants selected for that level will have to travel to that city for Episode shooting. Logistics will have to be taken care of by the participants themselves.
Participants selected for SUPER 50 will have to travel to Chicago for Episode shooting. Logistics will have to be taken care of by the participants themselves.
If 3iii In-person Grand-finale is declared, Participants selected for Level-5 will have to travel to Chicago or any destination selected by GEE for episode shooting. All Logistics for these participants will be taken care by Gee Vision Inc.
All 3iii results will be published on the website on the scheduled dates.

On-line / In-Person Events
Irrespective of No. of registrations, on-line competition will be conducted as per defined rules and regulations
If any Icon State gets less than 30 registrations in any category (Singing, Dance, Instruments), participants will be moved to another State Icon of their choice before Level-2 voting & judgement starts.
If any Icon State gets more than 2000, as per mutual decision of GEE and State Partner State Indian Icon and as per dates viability, may be conducted in-person otherwise competition will be conducted on-line as per defined rules and regulations.
If No. of registration for a country increases the mark of 6000, Country Icon of that country (Indian American Icon / Indian Canadian Icon) will be conducted in-person.
Location and dates will be declared in the month of June
All State Indian Icon winners (Performance moved to Level-4) will be invited for in-person competition
If No. Total No. of registrations increases the mark of 7000, International Indian Icon and Grand-final will be conducted in-person in Chicago
All winner, 1st and 2nd runner-ups of all Icons States and Country Icon will be invited
All participants attending in-person competition will have to take care of their logistics (travel, lodging/boarding, food expenses). Gee Vision will provide all type of help possible.
In case of In-person event, DesiWorld TV may shoot the event and make episodes to telecast on DesiWorld TV.
All episodes may be played on YouTube International Indian Icon channel and will be published on all social media.
REGISTRATION & FEES
Participation in International Indian Icon can only be done by registering with the show and paying the registration fees for the category the participant is wanting to register for. The participants will also have to upload a competition video on the website by logging in their dashboard through the Login/Password sent through e-mail at the time of 3iii registration.
On registration every participant will receive a unique 3III ID. The unique 3III ID will be a permanent ID for life and the same ID shall be used by the participant in all future installments of the competition.
For Duet and Group registration, just one participant has to pay registration fees. Thus for all participanton categories i.e., Solo, Duet and Group the registration fees is same, does not matter how many participants are taking part in any Group. (If Group or Duet wins, only one trophy will be provided to the group. If each participant of winning Duet/Group wants to get a trophy then each participant will have to pay registratuion fees to order the trophy and will be delivered ASAP)
Registration fees is non-refundable
2% On-line transaction fees (Sulekha Gateway) will be charged in addition to registration fees
The registration fees paid will be valid for the competition year only
Using login ID & Password, participants can manage their participant profile, history, Video, and participation in future 3iii competition through same profile.
Participants can register for any state as long as they have a valid ID and address proof of the country they are participating for.
Participants can register for any category but only once per category.
There are no restrictions of age, sex, creed, caste, region, religion, culture, geography language etc.
The only condition of taking part in 3iii competition is the participant has to be from Indian origin.
VIDEO
All participants are required to upload a competition video on their unique 3III dashboard.
Video Quality is a major judgment criteria for online judgement. Following should be remembered by participants for submitting videos for competition:
Video should be at least in 720p or higher resolution
It should be in Landscape formation
No effects or VFX should be added to the video.
video should be in MP4 or ProRes (.mov) codec.
The video should be referable recorded with a good camera and ample light.
The video should be of high quality (preferably HD quality) and clear sound
The video should be shot in one take
No Editing
It should not be manipulated or edited in any manner. Any video found manipulated/edited will be rejected without any explanations to the participant.
The video should not exceed 3 min in length.
First 1 minutes of the video you should use for your introduction. Or you can upload a separate video for your introduction. Do not submit your introduction video as comp video.
Participants can use YouTube video link to upload their video in their dashboard (First upload your video on YouTube) and then submit the same for competition.
The video uploaded from the participant dashboard will be uploaded on Vimeo.
There are no limits to the number of videos you can upload, but only one of the videos can be submitted as a competition video for voting and judgement. Rest uploaded videos will be your Non-Competition videos.
When a participant moves onto the next level, e-mail will be sent to the participant on the e-mail address in profile.
At each level, participant need to submit a comp video. As soon as participant is moved to next level, participants receives an e-mail. A fixed duration is given to upload the video at each level. Please check that duration on 3iii website, it will be approximately 2 weeks max.
If participant does not submit a comp video within given time, he may miss the opportunity and once closed date is passed, participant will not be able to submit his comp video for the level to take part in competition and he will be out of competition.
Any video uploaded should not have content of objectionable/sexual nature of any type (language, video, photography etc.). Any such video will be a call for the participant to be warned or debarred from the competition, on the sole discretion of Gee Vision Inc.
All videos uploaded on International Indian Icon website shall be the property of GEE and shall be on the 3iii website till GEE�s decides otherwise.
LIKE, VOTING & JUDGMENT
LIKE: Participant will promote his/her video online using social media to get maximum likes to bring his/her video to top of the list in his/her category (Singing, Dance, Instruments) and to list at top in "Most Popular Videos" section on 3iii website Home Page. Likes are allowed only before online voting and judgement starts. Any one can like any video but once. If you chnage your video, Likes will be reset to Zero.
VOTING: Participants can get their competition videos voted by family and friends by sharing the link by clicking on to the "Request Vote" button in their participant dashboard. Each email Id can vote and judge only once. Participants promote thier video online using social media to get maximum votes to move to next level as voting has 50% weightage while rest 50% in hands of Gee Panel of Judges. Any one can vote anyone but once.
For In-person performances, audience present at the studio will be able to vote for participants during a specified allowed duration between performances.
Voting and judgment will initiate and stop as per a pre-defined schedule so that the results can be announced as per defined dates.
Participants will have to go through all 5 levels of competition (explained below in table) to become an International Indian Icon.
Gee Panel of Judges has all right to move any participant from any level to any level, depending on the performance of the participant. No one can have any objection on decision of Gee Panel of Judges.
Each Competition video within its category (Singing, Dance, Instruments) will be rated on the basis 50:50 evaluation of voting & Gee Judgement i.e., 50% on-line public voting and 50% judgement of Gee Panel of judges.
All Participant videos submitted as competition video (Comp Video) at each level will go through the process of online voting and Gee Panel judgement to move to next level.
All competition videos at all levels are judged as per pre-defined criteria for each talent category (Singing, Dance, Instruments) and participation category (Solo, Duet, Group).
Gee Panel of Judges has all right to select or reject any participant at any level.
Candidates with unique talent/performance can be introduced (at the discretion of Gee Vision Inc.) as "Challengers" /" Wild Card Entry" in the show anytime at any level as deemed fit by Gee.
Level-1 (On-line Registration)
Participant registers and upload videos and submit competition video (as per pre-defined criteria)
Registration opens and close as per defined dates
Participant from any state can register in any State Indian Icon of their country but need to have valid proof of residence which can be asked at any time at any level.

Top 30 performances from each category (Singing, Dance, Instruments) irrespective of participation category (Solo, Duet, Group) and age, from each State Indian Icon are selected and moved to Level 2 (online auditions) i.e., 90 performances per State Indian Icon.
1080 performances from USA and 360 from Canada move to next level-3
Level-2 (On-line Audition)
Top 90 performances shortlisted from Level 1 from each State Indian Icon will be asked to upload and submit another completion video (meeting the pre described criteria's) for on-line audition (Level-2).
Participants are given fixed window to upload and submit comp video at Level-2 (Check 3iii 2017 Dates)
On-line voting and judgement opens and closed as per defined date and time. Participants need to follow these dates and time.
Top 9 performances from each category (Singing, Dance, Instruments) irrespective of participation category (Solo, Duet, Group) and age, from each State Indian Icon are selected and moved to Level 3 (State Indian Icon) i.e., 27 performances per State Indian Icon.
324 performances from USA and 108 from Canada move to next level-3.
LEVEL 3 (State Indian Icon)
Top 27 performances shortlisted from Level 2 from each State Indian Icon will be asked to upload and submit another completion video (meeting the pre described criteria's) for next round of judgement
Participants are given fixed window to upload and submit comp video at Level-3 (Check 3iii 2017 Dates)
On-line voting and judgement opens and closed as per defined date and time. Participants need to follow these dates and time.
State Indian Icon i.e., winner of each category (Singing, Dance, Instruments) irrespective of participation category (Solo, Duet, Group) and age, from each Icon State are moved to next Level 4 (Indian American Icon & Indian Canadian Icon) i.e., 3 performances from each Icon State.
36 performances from USA and 12 from Canada move to Level-4
Depending on No. of registrations, GEE along with State Partner will decide if In-person State Indian Icon is possible or not. In any case on-line competition will be conducted as per defined rules and regulations.
State Indian Icon winners, 1st and 2nd runner-ups of each category are declared
Level-4 (Indian American/Canadian Icon)
36 State Indian Icon from 12 USA States compete for the title of Indian American Icon and 12 from 4 Canadian states/provinces compete for the title of Indian Canadian Icon in their respective categories.
Participants are given fixed window to upload and submit comp video at Level-4 (Check 3iii 2017 Dates)
On-line voting and judgement opens and closed as per defined date and time.
Indian American Icon and Indian Canadian Icon winner, 1st and 2nd runner-ups are declared on pre-defined dates and are moved to next and final level-5 to compete for ultimate title of International Indian Icon in their respective categories
9 performances (3 from each category (Singing, Dance, Talent irrespective of participation categories (Solo, Duet, Group) and age from USA and 9 from Canada move to Level-5
Depending on No. of registrations, GEE along with country partner will decide if In-person Indian American Icon & Indian Canadian Icon are possible or not. In any case on-line competition will be conducted as per defined rules and regulations.
Indian American Icon and Indian Canadian Icon winners, 1st and 2nd runner-ups of each category are declared.
Level-5 (International Indian Icon)
9 Participants/Performances (Indian American Icon, 1st and 2nd runner-up in all three categories (Singing, Dance, Instruments) from USA and 9 Participants/Performances (Indian Canadian Icon, 1st and 2nd runner-up in all three categories (Singing, Dance, Instruments) from Canada compete for the ultimate title of International Indian Icon (3iii) their respective category.

International Indian Icon winner, 1st and 2nd runner-ups of all three categories (Singing, Dance, Instruments) are declared at 12.01 on January 1st
Depending on No. of registrations, GEE along with International Partner will decide if In-person International Indian Icon & Grand-finale are possible or not. In any case on-line competition will be conducted as per defined rules and regulations.

Apart from the international Indian icon, Indian Country Icons and State Indian Icons best performers from different states in Canada and US will be recognized in their Talent category (Singing, Dance & Instruments) by their participation category (Solo, Duet, Group) and within their age category i.e., Kids, Junior & Senior.
10 3iii Awards will be given to 10 personalities of the year during the award ceremony.
All participants qualifying for Online Audition (Level 2) and for all further levels will receive an electronic copy of 3iii certificate of their respective level by e-mail within 30 days of the grand finale.
All winners, 1st and 2nd Runner-up (State/Country Icons & International Indian Icon) of all categories will receive trophies and declared cash prizes (if any) and all endorsements during award ceremony at Grand Finale (In case In-person) otherwise will mailed by Jan 31st.
Gee Vision Inc. holds and reserves the right to change the awards any time as and when deemed fit by them.
In-Person Events
For any in-person event, eligible participants will be invited to the scheduled venue. All In-person events along with schedule and venues will be declared by end of June.
Participants will be responsible for any visa eligibility requirements as per USA immigration policies. GEE will provide all type of guidance and any help required to get visa to take part in the event but will not be responsible for getting visa to any participant to take part in the event.
In any case, If any participant is not able to attend in-person event, he still will be eligible to take part in the competition on-line as per GEE rules and regulations.
All participants will have to bear their own travelling, lodging and boarding cost for all in-person events. GEE will provide all type of guidance and help.
